BRIGHT GREETINGS EVERYONE!
Here is the general energy for all signs for the week of 1/15/2023:
Mars left her retrograde on 1/12/2023 and Mercury is following on 1/18/2023.  Things are about to get crystal clear with 
your emotions and perceptions.  If you are a Capricorn, congratulations, as there is abundance headed your way and slowly unveiling between now and June 21, 2023.

Here are the dates that apply to all:
February 5, 2023, May 1st, 2023, and June 21st, 2023.  The upgrades have been small and navigated with some ease, but buckle up for June 21st, 2023 (Summer Solstice). You and I are being asked to clean up our lives. See something that
needs cleaning up, completed, recycled, or out-of-date? 
We are being asked to not only do a personal
inventory, but to begin to clean up our homes from toxic momentos and reminders.
Go through your clothes and make room for the NEW you. 
Most of the old Karmic Cycles are coming to an end, and it is 
necessary to face yourself and be blunt and honest with the things that need to be cleaned up.  Romantically there are several things showing up.  Firstly, if you are single and looking for love, magical March heralds in positive change, and you will find yourself getting romantic attention, If you are in a relationship where it is over, and I mean really over,
time to go your separate ways, for you are holding each other back. 
If you have been working on your 
relationship, doing the work, being present through the challenges, you will have a resurgence in you sector of love and commitment.  
Please refrain from any major financial commitments, investments, or signing of new contracts.  
The world economy is fluctuating, and you want to see some stabilization before moving your money around.
As to career, time to update your CV if you are looking for that pivot in your career.  Make sure that you know what you want , and be prepared to ask for and receive it! Time to do a makeover on your health and revilatize your energy!  Start walking or working out with friends, and engage in positive social activities. Take a yoga class, or ballroom dancing class with your sweetheart, or join dog walking group.  Time to "shake it out!"

​Let's talk about Reiki!
Reiki is far more than an energy healing technique, it is vibrational tool to reset your life.  
All too often Reiki and Counseling are the last resort.  
"I have tried everything, so I figured this couldn't hurt!" or "What have I got to lose?"
Reiki is a proven method of not only decreasing stress, it does far more than that!
The Hermetic Law of Similarity:
It is algorithimic sequence of like attracts like.  (more information in the link below!)
When you and your Reiki Practitioner work together, set a goal, the synergy and interaction produce a new frequency or vibration, and activation if you will.
Our bodies are wired to respond, and all it takes is focusing on one cell in your body.
Pathology is a lowered vibration in the body, creating suseptibility to illness.  
This is one reason that working with an experienced Reiki Practitioner is beneficial to you. When you work with someone that can hold you goal or focus with you, change occurs, healing is initiated.

Dr. Usui, the founder of Reiki, was a skilled acupuncturist, and well-esteemed author and politician. He was not a flake! When Dr. Usui trekked to the top of Mount Kurama to answer his students question, "Is there a method of healing that we can easily employ on our own?", he was determined to spend 21 days in fasting and meditation. He focused, and as a result we have Reiki. Reiki is a worldwide system of healing with many branches, usuing Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing as the basis for them.

Reiki's ability to alleviate hypertension, boost the immune system, stabilize the adrenals, assist in pathologies like Crohn's Disease, assist in the stabilization of mental health diagnoses and disorders, has give it credibility in the medical and mental health community.

REIKI IN TRAUMA RECOVERY...
Reiki works with the somatic system, which is how the body stores emotions and traumatic episodes.  Reiki is used extensively in the recovery of PTSD and
C-PTSD.
The course of treatment is based on micro-goals that are easily achieved and sustained.
Sessions may be 4 times per month for the first few months, to stabilize you, and shifting you from a foundation of stress to one of emerging security.  
Every person and case differs, but with Reiki, I consistently see progress, growth, and affirming shifts.
