IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
As of 12/1/2022, there is a 3.5% fee for all payments received/processed via Square Reader, Credit, or Debit Card Payments for all services.
ZOOM SESSIONS: all Zoom sessions are prepaid prior to your appointment to lock in your appointment. This session is non-refundable. By scheduling your zoom session you are agreeing to this policy in FULL!

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE NOTE OUR "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS" POLICY. UNLESS SPECIFIED BY THE FOUNDER, YOUR SESSION CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON. By purchasing your service/class/workshop you agree to the following Financial policies in their totality: 1. No refunds, no exceptions. 2. All readings are paid for in advance with a Square Reader Invoice sent to your text messaging. This provides verification of the service you have paid for by Spirit Blossoms Psychics. This INCLUDES initial consultations, which are charged out at the regular rate (unless arranged for in advance and in writing with Spirit Blossoms Psychics, with our consent). Issues with failure to pay can end in termination of the session and future sessions immediately. 3. The reader or any representative of Spirit Blossoms Psychics has and maintains the right to end the call or service without the possibility of a refund. 4. Aggressive language, inappropriate sexual language, or anything deemed inappropriate by Spirit Blossoms Psychics (In email, voice consultation, Zoom, or facetime reading, Messenger, or any time of reading), the service will be terminated without a refund, no exceptions. 5. No-show, Re-scheduling, and Cancellation policies: No-shows may not reschedule until the no-show fee has been paid. If you have a VALID and legitimate emergency or have tested positive for COVID, the no-show or cancellation fee can be waived by your practitioner or reader at their discretion. The fee (when paid in advance) shall be retained as payment for the no-show. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours. If you are greater than 15 minutes late and unless you have called in advance, the appointment is considered a NO-SHOW and is eligible for the NO-SHOW FEE (which is the cost of the session). The fee for the cancellation is the pre-payment for the service. Spirit Blossoms takes your time seriously and asks that you consider the time of your practitioner or reader seriously as well. If you were going to pay at time of service (in-person), you must pay the no-show or cancellation fee prior to coming in for another appointment. We accept Square Reader. Spirit Blossoms does not keep your financial information on file, so you must call in and pay over the phone or the invoice for the no-show or cancellation fee prior to being permitted to schedule with us again. 6.By purchasing a service or product from Spirit Blossoms Psychics, you agree to Spirit Blossoms Psychic financial policies in their totality, and are in full voluntary compliance. 7. All readings are done in one session, including emails and dream interpretations. Sessions are not divided, all of your time is used in one session. 8. CUSTOM RITUAL KITS ARE SHIPPED ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & CANADA. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to have your package insured, this will be an extra feel which you will be notified in advance of shipment. 9. Winning a Gift Certificate from Spirit Blossoms Wellness & Psychics through a fair or event: If you win a Gift Certificate from Spirit Blossoms Wellness & Psychics and cancel at the last minute without or less than 24 hours' notice, other than a reasonable family or personal emergency, the Gift Certificate is the COST of your session missed or short-notice rescheduling without a legitimate family/personal emergency, and is considered to be used and the contract for said certificate concluded/completed with no re-issuing. The determination for the validity of the emergency is at the discretion and determination of Spirit Blossoms Wellness & Psychics/Razzi Lentz. 10. Gift Certificates: May NOT be transferred without the written consent (via email or text) of the original recipient. Once transferred the new recipient is the only recipient that can receive the service for the Gift Certificate. If you have scheduled, using a Gift Certificate and no-show or cancel at the last minute (being 2 hours or less, and less than 24 hours notification), and without a legitimate emergency to be determined by Spirit Blossoms Wellness & Psychics/Razzi Lentz, the Gift Certificate is considered the no-show or late cancellation fee for your session and the contract for said Gift Certificate is concluded/completed with no re-issuing from Spirit Blossoms Wellness & Psychics/Razzi Lentz. 11. Failure to pay your Square Reader Invoice the day that it is sent your text messaging or email results in a 2.5 % fee for every day that it is late, without a reasonable explanation or making payment arrangements. Reasonable to be determined by Spirit Blossoms Wellness & Psychics/Razzi Lentz. 12. Cancelling 2 - 3 times in a row with less than 24 hours' notice: Cancelling at the last minute, greater than 3 times requires that your sessions are paid in advance only. Should you no-show, or cancel at the last minute, this serves as you no-show fee. 13. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 14. Must be at least 18 years of age or have a signed consent form with a parent or guardian for a specified period of time, |
