The Garden Oracle Speaks
Question of the Day
I recently lost my Father and I cannot cry. I feel blocked and constantly feel that underlying shadow of sadness and grief. Is this normal and what can I do to let these tears flow so the healing process can begin?"
-Afraid to Feel
Thank you for your question. With Father's Day having recently passed this is an especially pertinent question. I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Father.
The flurry of activity following a death can create a delayed reaction, especially if you are the one planning the service, and dealing with the financial affairs and taking care of the estate.
You will begin to cry once you have gotten the thousand tiny details finalized.
The best way to connect to your feelings is to do nothing. Simply BE. Be present with your breath, each step, and be willing to feel whatever you feel. Instead of filling your days up with, simplify.
It is in this organic state that you will begin to process through the grief, anger, and sadness that are an intrinsic part of losing someone near and dear to your heart.
Spirit Blossoms Psychics offers energy healing sessions if you would like assistance in opening up this process with unconditional love and support. We would be honored to be part of your journey. We also offer mediumship if you would like to connect with your Father and begin the healing process. Knowing that our loved ones are out of pain and at peace is another way to begin healing from a great loss.
